Rev. Steven Stead has been a minister in the Presbyterian Church in Canada since 1998. His first congregation was the Murray Harbour North Pastoral Charge. He has served in Central Parish since 2003. Steven has a B.A from UPEI, an M.RE from Acadia and an M.Div from VST. In addition to his pastoral ministry he has served on many Presbytery committees and has been Moderator of the Presbytery of PEI. He has also served as chaplain to the Kingston Legion.
Steven is married to Lisa, his wife of 15 years. They have four boys: Mackenzie, Cedric, Alexander, and Montgomery, one daughter: Sadie.

Central Parish is made up of Canoe Cove which meets at 9:30 weekly and Clyde River which meets at 11:00 weekly. Churchill church meets three times a year for special services.
We are a vital and active charge worshipping God and serving the world right here on Prince Edward Island. We have a variety of programs to offer all ages to deepen their walk with the Lord Jesus Christ. They include Bible Study, youth groups, Sunday School, senior gatherings, and many others.
